Phase 5 Tactical

Phase 5 Tactical is a local company that does business in a very liberal state, the Republic of California. Being a victim, sorry, I meant resident of this state limits my options. Phase 5 not only operates out of this state, but they make great products. I have a receiver set, nickle bcg and their EBRv2 (which is a bolt catch release and battery assist device combined into a single unit). The customer service is hit and miss. I've received answers to all my questions, but there were a couple instances that took almost a week for a reply. The replies tend to be short and lack any type of friendliness.

Having said that I will continue to purchase, and use, their products.
