So i went on that "mandatory" gov site to sign of for the healthcare (that we should not be required to have).
My time on the site went like this.
sign up for account.
account not created system unavailable.
sign up for account again.
account not created system unavailable.
sign up for account again.
account created.
log in to account.
blank white page.
log in to account.
blank white page.
Click help.
get person who doesnt speak english.
tell them what going on.
they have me change browser settings.
log in to account.
blank white page.
back to help.
