Gun Owners have a lot of acronyms so I figured I make a list to get it to be a little easier feel free to add to this list.

These are just off the top of my head

ACOG = Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight
AR = ArmaLite
AWB-Assault weapon ban
BCG = Bolt Carrier Group
BOB = Bug Out Bag
BUG = Back up Gun
BUIS = Back Up Iron Sight
CC = Concealed Carry
CCW = Concealed Carry Weapon
CH = Charging Handle
CHF = Cold Hammer Forged
CHP = Concealed Handgun Permit
DI = Direct Impingement
EDC = Every Day Carry
FA = Forward Assist
FA = Full Auto
FDE = Flat Dark Earth
FF = Free Float/Floated/Floating
FMJ = Full Metal Jacket
FSB = Front Sight Base
FTE = failure to eject
FTF = this can be face to face sale or it can be failure to feed
FUBAR = F***ed Up Beyond All Recognition

HBAR = Heavy Barrel

RAS = Rail Adapter System
RIS = Rail Interface System
ROF = Rate Of Fire
SBR = Short Barreled Rifle
SEBR = Special Edition Black Rifle
SHTF = S**t hits the fan
SPR = Special Purpose Rifle
VFG = Vertical Fore/Forward/Front Grip
WTB = Want(ed) To Buy
WTS = Want(ed) To Sell
WTT = Want(ed) To Trade
WWB = Winchester White Box

SBS = Short barreled shotgun
CPL = Concealed pistol license (termed used by some states)
CCW = Concealed carry weapon or Carrying a concealed weapon (term used by licences in states that use that acronym)
NFA = National Firearms Act (AKA "Title 2")
GCA = Gun Control Act (as in GCA 68, aka "Title 1")
